I've lived here for many years , they've done so many wonderful things in this community. The staff is very personal and nice when encountering residents/myself. I've looked around and I've found anything with as much sspace as Belair Townhomes. I would always recommend Belair to anyone if searching for a nice place for their family.

I love Belair because it is super quiet and comfortable for my family, I have garage parking; they accept friendly animals, it is big and spacious, the neighbors are all friendly, the administration is excellent Keshonda & Nicole all super friendly and are always available to help you; excellent maintenance, and there is a gym. The nearby schools, parkcity mall and belmot are minutes away.

For my families personal experience with Belair we love living here. We never have a problem with maintenance coming in a timely manner when something needs to be fixed, the office staff are very nice and address any of our concerns. We have kids, so it’s a great community with lots of kids for our children to play with. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. I love it here at Belair. I’ve seen some bad reviews but don’t let them discourage you, every bodies experience is different and as for my families, we have had no issues at all and we’ve been living at Belair over a year.There is a gym included in rent, it’s QUIET and also the school is great..what more can you ask for?

We love it here the new property manager is great. Maintance comes with in 24 hours of a request. Bucher Elementary school is at our back yard. Lots of grass area for the kids to play. Pet friendly with no breed restrictions. Grass is taken care of weekly and when it snow maintance does the snow removal up to your front door

I will say my biggest recommendation for this place comes courtesy of the maintenance team, they are super quick with any problems we may be having. The central air went out on a Sunday evening and within a couple hours there was a HVAC specialist at my house trying to fix it, and when it couldn’t immediately be fixed they had a team there to work on it until it was

To Maintenance crew and office staff , I wanted to thank your team for the fast response on the snow removal in my parking spots. Being able to get in and out of my residents is extremely important due to health issue . Your team addressed the issue as soon as it was explained and i greatly appreciate it .
